Job Title: OT Engineer (m/w/d)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced OT Engineer to join our team at Annapurna. As an OT Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial control systems and OT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and coordinate maintenance, updates, and replacements to ensure service functionality.
  • Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault rectification independently, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and third parties as needed.
  • Develop root cause analyses and technical solution proposals for SCADA and OT infrastructure failures.
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot offshore data centers, PLCs, and control systems.
  • Enhance and standardize predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Lead projects and changes in line with internal standards and practices.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers, and interact with OEM documentation systems and processes.
  • Assist in creating work scopes, overseeing plant outages, and interacting with contractors to ensure project completion.
  • Contribute to project schedules, aligning with other operations and maintenance departments.
  • Provide OT expertise for new projects and support the technological development of our OT landscape.
  • Work according to ITIL, ISMS, and ISO 27001 standards.
  • Travel within Northern Germany and work on-site offshore as required.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience as an OT Engineer.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with OT & SCADA systems.
  • Desirable experience in network operations.
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance with local regulations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills, with experience in SCADA systems and automation (Bachmann solutions, EcoSui, Zenon).
  • Understanding of OT environments and critical infrastructure.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
