Deine Rolle

Als Site Manager Esso Tankstelle (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für den reibungslosen und effizienten Betrieb einer Esso Tankstelle. Du sicherst die Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzstandards und gestaltest ein kundenfreundliches Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen und effizienten Betriebsablaufs
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des HACCP Konzepts und aller Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzstandards
  • Gestaltung eines kundenfreundlichen Umfeldes
  • Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Verantwortung für die Führung des Teams und den damit verbundenen organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Einstellung und Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder und Unterstützung des Teams bei den täglichen Aufgaben
  • Führung des internen Reportings
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeit und buchhaltungsvorbereitende Arbeiten
