- In this role, you are responsible for controlling production in a group and ensuring the physical process in the warehouse from incoming goods to forklift movement to loading, in accordance with administrative guidelines.
- In the course of your activities, you will work operatively with your team.
- You will coordinate the daily personnel deployment in consultation with the shift manager and also with the warehouse disposition.
- In consultation with the shift manager, you will coordinate the daily personnel deployment and ensure the smooth execution of processes.
- According to your assessment of the needs, you will conduct group meetings.
- You are responsible for the implementation and control of measures to ensure occupational safety and the order and cleanliness within the warehouse area.
- Furthermore, you will monitor and correct the proper handling of technical resources by employees, such as forklifts and speed runners.
- You have a vocational training as a warehouse logistics clerk or a comparable successfully completed vocational training or equivalent active experience in this profession.
- Ideally, you have first leadership experience.
- You possess a driving license for industrial trucks and corresponding driving practice.
- You bring the willingness to work in a weekly rotation.
- You are characterized by engagement, assertiveness, and team spirit.
