Application Dairy Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dairy Technologist to join our team at Grapefrute. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers across Europe and Africa, as well as introducing new concepts of plant-based functional blends.
Key Responsibilities- Technical support for customers and market introductions of new and existing ingredient solutions.
- Collaboration with application lab technicians, engineers, project managers, and analytical laboratory staff in the development of new formulations and solutions.
- Conducting and leading seminars in-house and on-site at customer locations.
- Close collaboration with the sales team to plan, execute, and strategize.
- Transparent reporting of customer visits and projects.
- Participating in international exhibitions to showcase our expertise and products.
- A degree in Dairy or Food Chemistry.
- Professional experience with the application of food ingredients, additives, or in food production, preferably in processed cheese, milk, and dairy products, UHT, and milk-based beverages.
- Understanding of the dairy and milk products market and the ingredients and additives market.
- Advanced knowledge in the application of phosphates, stabilizers, milk proteins, and hydrocolloids, or strong experience in the production and formulation of processed cheeses.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and French, and German as a benefit.
