Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in digital platform management? We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team at BLANCO GmbH + Co KG in Oberderdingen, Germany.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for leading the development and planning of our web platforms (website, webshop, intranet, extranet) in an agile environment.
You will work closely with internal and external IT service providers/agencies to identify, conceive, and integrate innovative platform components and features.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating business and technical requirements with stakeholders and service providers, ensuring smooth and sustainable implementation of solutions.
As a key member of our agile project team, you will be responsible for implementing incremental development steps, prioritizing and evaluating stakeholder requirements, and tracking, monitoring, and ensuring adherence to timing and budget.
In this role, you will also test functionalities, approve products based on acceptance criteria, and provide second-level support.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a degree or training in fields related to computer science or business administration.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in an international environment is required.
You should have a strong affinity and enthusiasm for web applications and technologies with a user-oriented focus.
Experience in agile project management (SCRUM, SAFe) and in the use of IT project management tools (e.g., Atlassian products Jira and Confluence) is highly desirable.
A team player with strong organizational and communication skills is essential, as well as an agile mindset with strong planning and prioritization abilities.
You should possess decision-making competence, intrinsic motivation, and a high level of responsibility.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory; German skills are an advantage.
