You will be the first point of contact for our Danish customers - by phone and email in Danish. You will assist our Danish customers with their purchasing decisions through professional consulting. You will become an expert in our tent products through extensive training and onboarding. You will discuss market trends with the team and exchange ideas on customer wishes - your excellent service makes the difference. You will enter and maintain customer data in our SAP system.
Requirements- Fluent Danish and good German language skills
- Enthusiasm for working with people and enjoying sales and consulting
- Friendly and communicative appearance
- High service orientation and joy in teamwork
- Experience in customer service and knowledge of ERP and CRM software
