About the Role

Nuvo is a SaaS-startup with headquarters in Hamburg, offering AI-powered, secure, and scalable data onboarding solutions. We empower our customers to map, validate, and clean file-based data effortlessly – regardless of the input format. Our team of 25+ driven and motivated nuvoneers is based in Hamburg, Berlin, Chiang Mai, and remotely across Germany. We serve over 100 clients, ranging from small startups to established enterprise players, with our suite of advanced data onboarding solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our market and target audience, uncovering the best channels to captivate and engage them.
  • Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate a robust pipeline, working hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • Collaborate with our content strategist to identify key topics and create compelling content in both English and German, attracting our ideal customer profile, through various formats.
  • Leverage new insights to continuously elevate our multi-channel strategy, ensuring we achieve our goals together.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), devising optimization strategies and sharing relevant metrics with the growth team.

What Success Looks Like

  • 3 months: You'll have defined and managed our lead nurturing strategy, optimizing lead conversion. Your first campaigns will be up and running, generating a strong pipeline.
  • 6 months: You'll be leading the charge with multi-channel campaigns, crafting strategies, aligning teams, and executing plans with precision. Our German website will be optimized for peak conversion.
  • 1 year: Your efforts will have made a significant, measurable impact on pipeline generation, playing a crucial role in nuvo's overall success.

Requirements

  • Education in business, marketing, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably at an early-stage startup with a sales-led motion
  • Strong communication and writing skills with excellent English and native-level German
  • Proven track record in building impactful multi-channel campaigns across all buying stages
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-reliant and proactive, taking initiative to drive nuvo forward
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about transforming data to make it universally understandable
  • You are based in Germany — you can work remotely or at our offices in Hamburg and Berlin
