We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Physician to join our team at akut Medizinische Personallogistik GmbH, a leading provider of medical staffing and recruitment services. As an Assistant Physician, you will play a key role in our Occupational Medicine department, working closely with our clients to provide expert medical care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical assistance and support to clients in various industries, including occupational medicine and preventive care.

  • Conduct medical examinations and assessments, including workplace health checks and risk assessments.

  • Develop and implement health and safety programs to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.

  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address health and safety concerns, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide health and safety policies and procedures.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in occupational medicine.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Occupational Medicine department, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Deutsche Approbation (German medical license)

  • 24 months of direct patient care experience in Germany

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Excellent German language skills
