Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the production plant and associated facilities, including power and water supply.
• Document production volumes, consumption, and quality data, as well as plant parameters.
• Plan, execute, control, and document work processes.
• Monitor and manage raw materials, auxiliary materials, and operating supplies, and coordinate procurement with the central purchasing department.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and negotiate with suppliers on-site.
• Perform administrative tasks, including coordinating maintenance work with the central purchasing department.
• Participate in on-call duties, including weekends and public holidays (if agreed).
• Interact with truck drivers on-site, including training and documentation.
• Ensure ADR-compliant handling of fillings, and coordinate as a filler according to ADR.
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety at the site.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and repair work.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Plant Engineering.
• Proficient English language skills are desirable; basic Italian language skills are an asset.
• Proficient use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), including making changes to the existing control system and potentially programming work.
• 20 kV authorization (desirable); at least 5 years of experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing production plants.
• Accurate working style and strong communication skills, combined with the ability to convince others of your ideas and solutions.
• Experience in occupational safety and hazardous materials is desirable.
