Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer / Plant Mechanic / Pipe Fitter to join our team as a Site Manager. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on our various sites across Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: In collaboration with our Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing all construction activities on our sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning and Execution: You will plan and oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained, and that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: You will be responsible for documenting all construction activities, including site measurements and progress reports, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted to the relevant authorities.
  • Client Representation: You will represent our company's interests in meetings with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring that our company's needs and requirements are met.
  • Client Relationship Building: You will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that our company's services meet their needs and expectations.
  • Qualifications and Experience: You will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and pipe fitting.
  • Skills and Competencies: You will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a strong understanding of construction regulations and standards, and be able to interpret and apply them as necessary.
