We are seeking a highly skilled Product Compliance Specialist to join our team at KAESER KOMPRESSOREN SE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement regulatory requirements for our products
- Develop and maintain processes and tools to ensure product compliance in product development
- Collaborate with external accredited or notified bodies and testing organizations
- Contribute to the conformity assessment of new products, including the creation or review of documentation, test plans, and conformity statements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the systematic, complete, and uniform implementation of product compliance
- Prepare and disseminate product compliance knowledge internally
- Support and advise all business units on product compliance matters
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related discipline
- First-hand experience in product compliance or material compliance
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Strong team orientation and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
