About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Compliance Specialist to join our team at KAESER KOMPRESSOREN SE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement regulatory requirements for our products
  • Develop and maintain processes and tools to ensure product compliance in product development
  • Collaborate with external accredited or notified bodies and testing organizations
  • Contribute to the conformity assessment of new products, including the creation or review of documentation, test plans, and conformity statements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the systematic, complete, and uniform implementation of product compliance
  • Prepare and disseminate product compliance knowledge internally
  • Support and advise all business units on product compliance matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related discipline
  • First-hand experience in product compliance or material compliance
  • High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  • Strong team orientation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
