Wir suchen einen motivierten und kreativen Food Product Developer, der unsere Leidenschaft für hervorragendes Essen teilt und gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft des Sortiments unserer Bäckereien gestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung und Einführung von Produktkonzepten: Sie entwickeln Snack- und Gastronomiekonzepte und führen diese erfolgreich in unseren Bäckereien ein.
  • Präsentation und Vorstellung von Produkten: Sie präsentieren neu- und weiterentwickelte Produkte mithilfe von Videos und Anleitungen, die auch auf unseren Social Media Kanälen gepostet werden können.
  • Optimierung von Rezepturen und Produktionsprozessen: Sie optimieren gemeinsam mit dem Einkauf bestehende Rezepturen und Produktionsprozesse, um höchste Qualität und Effizienz zu gewährleisten.
  • Kalkulationserstellung: Sie erstellen Kalkulationen für neue Produkte und optimieren bestehende Kalkulationen.
  • Innovative Verpackungsmittel: Sie übernehmen das Projekt der Einführung von innovativen Verpackungsmitteln – von der Ideenfindung über die Bestellung bis hin zur Durchführung.
  • Trendbeobachtung und -analyse: Sie beobachten, analysieren und dokumentieren Trends im Bereich der einzelnen Warengruppen und lassen diese Erkenntnisse in die Produktentwicklung einfließen.
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Sie arbeiten eng mit den Abteilungen Einkauf, Marketing, Vertrieb sowie den Fachbereichen der Bäckerei zusammen, um erfolgreiche Produktentwicklungen zu gewährleisten.
