Dr. Stern Stuttgart GmbH is seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Grinding Specialist to join our growing team in the VVS area of Stuttgart.

We specialize in providing high-quality manufacturing solutions for a diverse range of clients within the industrial sector. As a key member of our Craft/Industry division, you will play a vital role in ensuring precision and efficiency in our grinding operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate conventional grinding machines with proficiency.
• Independently set up, program, and operate CNC-controlled grinding machines to achieve precise tolerances.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards by conducting inspections, documenting measurement results, and ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and care of grinding machines and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking discipline.
• Proven experience working with both conventional and CNC-controlled grinding machines.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity, technical aptitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including rotating shifts (3-shift system).
