Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Strategy Analyst to join our team in Munich. As a Financial Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving an industry database comprising financial results of key competitors, sales, and production partners. You will also perform competitive analysis, including monitoring of M&A activity, benchmarking, and support projects such as research and analysis tasks.

You will be working closely with the Competitive Intelligence platform, the single source of truth for all competitor-related information at Infineon. Your primary goal will be to provide valuable insights that help drive business decisions and improve the company's market position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, and you should have already gained some relevant work experience from previous internships, preferably with a financial background.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with colleagues from various departments.
