• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery
• Produce replacement parts as needed

• Lead and supervise a team of production staff

Requirements:

• Relevant education and training in industrial mechanics or a related field
• Experience in the metalworking industry
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Ability to work with high voltage equipment (training can be provided)

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Availability for shift work
