Als Leiter Service bei BENZ GmbH Werkzeugsysteme sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Optimierung unseres globalen Service-Geschäfts. Sie werden Teil unseres internationalen Teams und arbeiten eng mit unseren Fachbereichen zusammen, um unsere Service-Prozesse zu verbessern und unsere Kunden zufriedenzustellen.

Aufgaben
  • Unternehmerischer Ausbau und Entwicklung des globalen Service-Geschäfts
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Service-Prozesse und -kompetenzen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung, Überwachung der Kostenentwicklung, Ermittlung von Ursachen für Abweichungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Qualitätssicherung, R&D, Order Engineering, Montage und Fertigung bei After Sales Projekten (z.B. Reklamationen, etc.)
  • Ermittlung und Reporting von Kennzahlen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Servicequalität, Serviceorientierung und Produktivität
  • Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Planung von After Sales Einsätzen
  • Unterstützung der Außendienstmonteure bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • Deeskalationsmanagement bei anspruchsvollen Kunden, ggf. auch vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Etablierung eines wettbewerbsfähigen Leitbildes und Spirits
  • Kontinuierliche Schulung & Training (z.B. fachbezogene Schulungen, Sicherheitsunterweisung, etc.) des Teams sowie Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Förderung der Mitarbeitenden mit regelmäßigen Mitarbeitenden-Dialogen
  • Personeinsatzplanung durchführen (z.B. Qualifikations-, Kapazitäts-, Urlaubs-, Schichtplanung, etc.)
  • Bei (kurzfristigen) Änderungen, Störungen oder Engpässen, Mitarbeitereinsatz agil steuern und disponieren
Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Bachelor/Master (m/w/d), Meister (m/w/d) oder Betriebswirt (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Metall-/Mechatronik und/oder Serviceumfeld
  • Hoher Grad an Organisationsvermögen sowie eine eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit dem Anspruch an Veränderung und Umsetzung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungskraft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, sowie idealerweise SAP S4/HANA Kenntnisse
  • Gelegentliche (internationale) Reisebereitschaft
