Salary & Benefits

As an Immersive Experience Developer at ZAUBAR, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus substantial equity in our company.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled XR Web Developer to join our team and help us create engaging, interactive experiences for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript, HTML5, and backend development, as well as experience with Three.js, SVG, WebGL, Canvas/CSS animation, and 3D graphics and Info-graphics.

You'll be responsible for implementing web-based 3D & AR tour initiatives, planning complexity and timeframes using SCRUM and Agile methodologies, and working collaboratively with our design team to bring concepts to life.

We're a team that values continuous learning and improvement, so we encourage our developers to share knowledge, mentor each other, and participate in industry events and conferences.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience defining coding standards, best practices, and documentation
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and backend development
  • Experience with Three.js, SVG, WebGL, Canvas/CSS animation, and 3D graphics and Info-graphics
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and automated deployment systems
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to inspire others in the team
Bonus Requirements
  • Experience with the game/VFX/VR industry, Unity/Unreal game engines, and GitHub Workflows
  • Knowledge of Computer Graphics (Shaders/GLSL, Raytracing, etc.) using other programming languages
  • 3D modelling experience to do small fix-ups and conversions
  • Development experience for mobile apps and Unity applications
  • Active participation in the AR or Blockchain community
