Your Role at Deutsche Börse Group

As an intern in our Financial Accounting & Regulatory Reporting team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting processes. You'll gain hands-on experience working with industry-leading tools and collaborating with experienced professionals.

What You'll Do:
  • Support project managers and team leaders in managing external resources, overseeing the entire process from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare impactful management presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to effectively communicate key insights.
  • Contribute to contract management by providing support, drafting necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Gain practical experience utilizing SAP Fieldglass for resource management and invoice processing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Deutsche Börse Group's regulatory reporting framework.
  • Enhance our use of Jira for managing contracts and project activities, contributing to process optimization.
  • Improve internal documentation of processes, ensuring clarity and efficiency within the team.
Who We're Looking For:

We seek a highly motivated individual with a strong academic background in economics, statistics, business administration, computer science, mathematics, or a related field. You should be enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university or have recently completed your bachelor's or master's degree in one of the aforementioned fields.

  • Demonstrate a proactive and independent work ethic with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to effectively address challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork and communication skills, fostering collaboration within the team.
  • Have advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Jira experience is a plus) and familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English, German, and/or French.
