About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Product Designer to join our team at BuildingMinds. As a key member of our product design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative product solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product design with a focus on UX and UI.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and expertise in user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe CS, etc.
  • Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
