Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Control and Logistics Coordinator at PolyTALENT GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating all logistics and supply chain activities to ensure seamless production and delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all logistics and supply chain activities, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics and supply chain processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, purchasing, and sales to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related data.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the plastics industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
