We are seeking a highly skilled Galileo Satellite Navigation Data Dissemination Engineer to join our team at OSB AG.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the G2G satellite navigation payload data dissemination simulator, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Flow down satellite level data dissemination requirements to C-/S-Band and inter-satellite link message data structure, guaranteeing accurate on-board processing of satellite and navigation message data.
- Support subsystem teams in understanding and implementing Data Dissemination requirements, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Review and contribute to Data Dissemination design and implementation aspects, trade-offs, and support to payload and sub-systems milestone reviews.
- Contribute to the development of SOCs / RVM / VCD for Data Dissemination related customer requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Present and discuss results with national and international customers, showcasing expertise and knowledge.
- Hold a Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable field of study.
- Have a deep understanding of systems engineering processes, review gates, and requirements compliance assessment.
- Be familiar with satellite navigation systems, with Galileo 2nd Generation being an asset.
- Have a strong grasp of the Galileo navigation data layer, including navigation services, page types, dissemination layouts, and encoding schemes.
- Ideally possess knowledge of OSNMA, authentication schemes, encryption, and key management.
- Have experience with Software Development and proficiency in Doors and MATLAB.
- Fluent English skills, with German and/or French being an advantage.
