Senior Field Application Engineer Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Enable a Team of Field Application Engineers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategically Align the Field Application Engineering organization with market development and Infineon's strategic targets.
  • Drive Design Win Targets and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enable further growth and success.
  • Collaborate with Customers to drive joint innovation and ensure Infineon's competitiveness in the future.
  • Develop and Enable FAEs to maximize future business by having a holistic view on the application and focusing on the complete Infineon portfolio.
  • Manage Stakeholder Alignment and expectations towards the Field Application Engineering organization.
  • Foster Continuous Learning for FAEs to become trusted advisors towards customers and support career development.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable.
  • At Least 8 Years of Professional Experience within the semiconductor or power electronics market.
  • Experience as a Team Leader and ability to identify and attract talents.
  • Strategic Thinking and Business Sense with a good understanding of process management, digitalization, and change management.
  • Excellent English Communication and Presentation Skills, German as a plus.
