Safety Officer

As a Junior Safety Officer at Ucaneo in Berlin, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe working environment and supporting the development of safe and compliant products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as experience in product safety and certification processes.
You will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety standards, and assisting in obtaining and maintaining product safety certifications.
Your Skills and Experience- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a safety-related role is preferred, with exposure to product safety and certification processes.
- Knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with product safety standards and certification processes, such as CE marking and ISO 45001, is a must.
