Embedded Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our industry-leading solutions. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement software platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software for advanced Machine Vision Solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement software platform solutions
  • Evaluate and validate emerging embedded processor technologies
  • Leverage expertise in image processing for embedded systems
  • Implement standardized software interfaces in alignment with industry best practices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in software development for embedded systems, with a focus on hardware-related aspects
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ for embedded (Linux) operating systems
  • Additional knowledge in areas such as Linux Kernel Configuration or Development, Image Processing product development, or FPGA/Real-time software development is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, V-Model, and Software Deployment practices
  • Strong commitment to producing high-quality software solutions that are readable, maintainable, and testable
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken German and English
