About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Texas Instruments. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our semiconductors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving process enhancements and cost reductions.
- Lead training programs to educate colleagues on quality best practices, fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
- Prioritize and communicate TI Values & Culture, reflecting them in all interactions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical process control and root cause analysis.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
