About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Texas Instruments. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our semiconductors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving process enhancements and cost reductions.
  • Lead training programs to educate colleagues on quality best practices, fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
  • Prioritize and communicate TI Values & Culture, reflecting them in all interactions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical process control and root cause analysis.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
