Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Cost Control Expert to join our team at Exyte Central Europe GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Bid Management: Support with all commercial questions during the bidding phase, including commercial bid calculation via benchmarks.
  • Quote Request and Unit Price Calculation: Request quotations from sub-suppliers and calculate unit prices.
  • Commercial Offer Preparation and Review: Prepare and review commercial offers and contract documents.
  • Risk Analysis: Collaborate in the preparation of risk analysis regarding commercial, financial, and fiscal aspects.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance and follow-up of all commercial aspects within project execution, timely reporting according to internal regulations (e.g., cash flow, late payments, potential litigation, budget overruns, etc.).
  • Cost Control: Timely and regular preparation and tracking of project forecasts and internal business reports for designated projects.
  • Negotiations: Participate in contract award negotiations and supplementary negotiations with customers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Comparable Training: Degree in business administration or comparable training.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in commercial project management.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Good knowledge in cost accounting, IFRS, and calculations. Very good MS Office skills. Business fluent in German and English.
  • Personal Qualities: Commitment, flexibility, and reliability. Independent and structured way of working.
