Job Title: Junior IT Systems Engineer

We're seeking a talented Junior IT Systems Engineer to join our IT department in Berlin. As a hybrid role (3 days on-site), you'll work closely with our team to provide excellent IT services and support, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on-site IT services in alignment with IT guidelines and SOPs
  • Maintain local ITC systems, ensuring they're up-to-date and running smoothly
  • Ensure meeting rooms are functioning properly
  • Optimize device, resource, and license usage
  • Provide virtual remote IT support for other offices
  • Prepare computers for assignment and reassignment
  • Manage IT stock, initiating restocking, repair, recycling, or secure disposal of broken equipment
  • Update IT asset inventory
Requirements:
  • Proactive mindset and service attitude, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Quick adaptation to new technologies and enthusiasm for optimization and automation
  • Excellent communication skills in English (our business language), with German language a plus
  • Experience with common operating systems, client hardware, meeting room equipment, and related services
  • Basic knowledge of wired and wireless networks (LAN and WLAN)
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, or similar are a plus
