Senior Manager Continuous Improvement (DBS Leader)

This role is an excellent opportunity to join our Manufacturing Site in Dassel, Germany, and contribute to our vision of advancing future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business or Engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management. You will be responsible for driving targeted, sustainable improvements by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and change management processes.

You will work closely with Dassel company Leadership to develop a DBS Roadmap and provide formal and informal training on DBS tools and kaizen leadership. Your expertise will facilitate other DBS training sessions and ensure successful kaizen events.

In this role, you will also promote and facilitate associate development in various DBS tools and kaizen leadership, as well as diagnose workflow impediments and waste throughout the business.

About You
  • A BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred with at least 5 years of work experience
  • Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a general manager's point of view
  • Mastery of a variety of DBS tools, such as Lean or Growth-related DBS Tools
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inform, convince, and persuade others to action on DBS and key initiatives
