Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Lease Manager to join our team at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our real estate team, you will be responsible for implementing our real estate strategy across our group portfolio, maximizing the value of our existing real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy to optimize the value of our portfolio
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and capital investment opportunities to inform our leasing decisions
  • Manage lease negotiations, contract administration, and rent collection
  • Coordinate lease signings, move-ins, and lease renewals to ensure smooth transitions for tenants
  • Monitor lease expirations, rent increases, and other lease-related deadlines to minimize vacancies and maximize revenue
  • Implement and maintain group-wide real estate standards and procedures
  • Manage external service providers, including real estate brokers, lawyers, and other industry professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in property leasing or real estate management, with a track record of success in leasing commercial properties
  • Expertise in commercial lease contracts, client relationships, and negotiations
  • Native-level German language skills
