About the Role


  • Provide sales support for spare parts and accessories to customers
  • Ensure accurate information for subsequent invoicing
  • Issue, receive, and store spare parts
  • Manage the spare parts inventory in relevant systems
  • Receive, inspect, and control incoming spare parts, accessories, and merchandise products
  • Process incoming and outgoing goods
  • Store and commission parts


Requirements


  • Completed education as a qualified automotive salesperson, warehouse worker, or automotive salesperson
  • Experience in the spare parts sector (NFZ or passenger cars)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent proficiency in German required, French, Luxembourgish, or other languages an asset
  • High level of commitment, independence, and customer orientation
  • Forklift operator's license an asset
