Marketing Director for Sports Expansion in Germany

We are a team of over 50 professionals, led by Ondřej Novotný and Pavol Neruda, who have built one of Europe's largest sports organizations in an incredible 6 years. From TV shows to media productions, promotional events, press events, to sold-out arenas with up to 25,000 attendees per event, we have already left a mark on the European MMA community.
Job OverviewWe're looking for a seasoned Marketing Director to spearhead our expansion plans in Germany. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in the region.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to reach our target audience in Germany.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful campaign execution and optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and adapt to market dynamics.
- Manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
