Internet Security Officer

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Informationssicherheitsmanager, der sich auf die Harmonisierung von ISMS-Prozessen spezialisiert hat. Du wirst Teil unseres Teams sein, das die digitale Transformation in der Energiewirtschaft vorantreibt.
Als Internet Security Officer wirst du verantwortlich sein für den Aufbau und die Harmonisierung eines Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS) für unsere Unternehmensgruppe. Du wirst die bestehenden ISMS-Standards analysieren, Harmonisierungspotenziale identifizieren und die Integration und Vereinheitlichung der ISMS-Prozesse schrittweise durchführen.
Deine Aufgaben werden auch die Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Mitarbeitern der einzelnen Gesellschaften, die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Auditoren und Zertifizierungsstellen, die Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen zum Thema Informationssicherheit für die Mitarbeitenden der Gruppe umfassen.
Deine Qualifikationen- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, IT-Sicherheit, Informationsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Implementierung von Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen (ISMS), idealerweise nach ISO 27001
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Regularien, insbesondere der ISO/IEC 27001, BSI-Grundschutz und DSGVO
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Auditoren und Zertifizierungsstellen
- Kenntnisse in Risikomanagement und der Erstellung von Sicherheitskonzepten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
