Housing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Specialist to join our team at U.S. Army Europe and Africa. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our housing services, including processing housing applications, determining eligibility, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process housing applications and determine eligibility for on-post and off-post housing
  • Coordinate with General Officers, Command Sergeant's Major, and other key personnel to determine housing requirements
  • Review and prepare certificates of non-availability (CNA) as applicable
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer service
  • Maintain the Army system of record database related to housing
Requirements:
  • 2 years of creditable experience in a similar role
  • Office automation skills
  • Language proficiency level B2 in English and C1 in German
  • German driver's license class B
