As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer, focusing on international markets including Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and France.

Your primary tasks will include documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, particularly in English, with minimum proficiency in one of the following languages: German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or French. Additional languages are highly valued.
