Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of PLM IT projects in our dynamic team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project implementations in the life science domain with a focus on Oracle Cloud PLM.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, methods, and metrics for measuring results.
  • Negotiate resources and define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for team members.
  • Promote effective working relationships and reward team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing PLM IT projects, with at least 2-3 complex projects as an IT project manager.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience in managing project implementations in the life science domain, with a focus on Oracle Cloud PLM.
  • Knowledge of working with validated systems (CFR 9 Part 11) is preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of PLM for part management, document management, CAD management, change management, etc.
  • Experience working on project implementations with European business teams.
  • Oracle Cloud PLM certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German is desirable.
  • Prince2/Scrum Certification is an added advantage.
