Your Mission

We seek a highly motivated (Senior) AI Transformation Strategist to guide organizations through their AI transformation journey. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our experts to unlock the best value from our Partnership Programme. Your role will involve:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor for companies on their AI transformation journey, understanding their challenges, desired outcomes, and future vision.
  • Managing and nurturing a portfolio of companies to ensure their success and satisfaction by maximizing the value from the appliedAI Partnership Programme.
  • Collaborating with asset, sales, and product teams to share customer feedback and insights, shaping future products and services.
  • Providing timely, proactive, and relevant recommendations to help companies achieve their strategic goals, including establishing close relationships with executives and engaging with appliedAI asset teams.
  • Acting as the key networking point of contact, enabling relevant and value-driven cross-industry collaboration and interaction between companies.
  • Maximizing synergies within the network of companies by actively cultivating connections among them.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and reviews with executives and AI leaders to track performance metrics, understand their needs, and gather feedback.
  • Ensuring operational process excellence and further developing our internal assets.
Your Profile
  • You hold an advanced degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, engineering, technology management, business administration, or mathematics with a focus on IT or a similar course of study.
  • Previous work experience in the AI sector, software, and technology.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest research and development in AI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong presence and communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of AI and a good understanding of the technical ecosystem.
  • A plus: previous experience in applying AI in companies.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with the ability to interact and influence C-level executives and decision makers.
  • Results-driven and tenacious character, aiming to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn new things.
  • Fluent English and German.
