We, RTS Wind AG, a leading company in the wind energy sector, are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer (all genders) to join our team at our Gelsenkirchen location.

About the Role

As an Electrical Engineer (all genders) Wind Energy Systems with Experience, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
  • Having authorization for switching and being responsible for the systems
  • Conducting electrical measurements, such as earth resistance and short-circuit measurements
  • Carrying out overload tests and emergency shutdowns
  • Implementing modernization and improvement measures
  • Accurately documenting your work
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed apprenticeship as an Electrical Engineer or Mechatronics Engineer
  • Initial experience working on wind energy systems
  • A valid driver's license, Class B
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Good physical fitness
  • Assembly readiness
