Regional Sales and Marketing Manager

Hypetherm Associates is seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to lead our Distribution Sales efforts in the DACH region. As a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, expand our market share, and build strong relationships with our Channel Partners.

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industry experience and 7+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-year strategies for Channel Partner expansion and optimization to maximize sales potential within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with our EMEIA Distribution Team to create a territory operating plan and outline steps for product differentiation and follow-through.
- Provide effective product demonstrations and education sessions to enable Hypertherm channel partners to expand their product service offerings and deliver end-users with consistent messaging and Hypertherm's distinct value proposition.
- Maintain open communication with Channel Partners, ensuring alignment on sales goals and strategies.
The following qualifications are essential:
- An undergraduate degree or comparable experience with 5+ years of industry experience and 7+ years of sales experience.
- Experience with solutions selling, technical product training, and identification of process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, balancing technical product and business management knowledge.
- A commitment to excellence and an attitude to always strive for the best outcomes.
We offer an attractive salary package, including annual profit-sharing with a target of 20%, a global stock ownership program (fully vested after 1 year), and job security (over 50-year history of no layoffs).
Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per year
Based on location (Germany) and the level of experience required for this role, the estimated salary range is €120,000 - €150,000 per year.
Travel and LocationAs a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager, you can expect to travel up to 60% per year throughout the DACH region, to our regional office in The Netherlands, and occasionally to the United States. You will be based in Germany and will work independently from a home office.
Language RequirementsYou must be fluent in written and spoken German and English.
