Join Our Team as a Medical Specialist in General Surgery
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled medical specialist to join our team in the Department of General, Visceral, and Vascular Surgery as a substitute for parental leave for 24 months.
About the Department
The Department of General, Visceral, and Vascular Surgery, led by Dr. med. Thilo Traska, combines general and specialized surgical fields. We specialize in visceral surgery (abdominal surgery, endocrine surgery, and soft tissue surgery), vascular surgery (operative treatment of blood vessels), and lung surgery. Minimally invasive surgery plays a significant role, encompassing all established procedures. Annually, we perform approximately 2,200 operations.
What We're Looking For
In addition to a strong interest in surgical questions and corresponding manual skills, we expect team ability, engagement, flexibility, and high social competence. You should also possess fluent German language skills in writing and speaking, be open-minded, and willing to support our hospital for at least 24 months. Participation in the clinic's on-call duty is required.
