Salary and Package

A competitive salary of €60,000 per annum, plus benefits including 28 vacation days, visa/relocation support, flexible working hours, and a mobility budget of €50 per month.

Job Description

This strategic role will serve as a key supporting function, providing high-level responsibility and impact. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, other co-founders, and various departments to report, communicate with investors, clients, plan, schedule, and organize tasks to maintain focus on company goals, projects, and priorities.

The successful candidate must be diligent, results-oriented, have strong attention to detail, think quickly, and effectively prioritize workflow. This role requires someone who loves to learn, multitasks efficiently, and maintains attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as liaison between CEO and all departments, outside partners, and clients on all matters related to executive operations.
  • Support founders in preparatory accounting and lead the Customer Support Department under the CEO's guidance.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Greet clients and visitors, plan, organize, and coordinate functions and special events for the CEO and team members.
  • Provide information for reports and records through research, data retrieval, compilation, and presentation in formats like Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A positive attitude, sense of humor, and professional demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a comparable position.
  • C2/Native German and B2 English language proficiency.
  • Ability to be challenged, think strategically, and adapt to new structures.
  • Familiarity with Office Suite, Slack, and other normal tools.
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, and work independently.
