Lead PHP Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Team Lead to join our software development team at Optimus Search. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for leading our software development efforts and making a significant impact on our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the IT systems within your area, including software, servers, and availability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement software solutions using object-oriented PHP development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a software architect or senior developer.
  • Expertise in object-oriented PHP development.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Debian administration.
  • Hands-on mentality with a passion for development and a high level of commitment.
  • Good command of German and English.
