About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager at OVB Holding AG. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT software projects, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are delivered on time.
- Team Leadership: You will lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Stakeholder Management: You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Risk Management: You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT software projects, ensuring they are delivered without major issues.
- Quality Assurance: You will ensure that all IT software projects meet the highest quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Qualifications: You will have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: You will have at least 5 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or a related field.
- Skills: You will have excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
