YOUR ROLE
Als Supplier Quality Serial Engineer werden Sie die Serial Supplier Quality Assurance Politik anwenden und umsetzen, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Beschaffung. Sie werden Inspektionen für niedrig-kritische Teile durchführen und die Qualität der zugewiesenen Lieferanten verwalten.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verantwortlich für die tägliche Verwaltung von Nicht-Konformitäten.
- Rechnung für den Kosten der Nicht-Qualität (CONQ S1) an die Lieferanten.
- Streben nach einer zeitnahen und umfassenden Maßnahmenplan zur Sicherung der Fertigungslinie.
- Fordern Sie unsere Lieferanten auf, relevante Korrekturmaßnahmen und -präventive Maßnahmen durchzuführen, fordern Sie Reaktivität heraus.
- Erstellen und verwalten Sie einen Lieferanten-Verbesserungs-Roadmap für nicht leistungsfähige Lieferanten gemäß dem Lieferanten-Qualitäts-Eskalationsprozess (Grün / Gelb / Rot-Status).
- Organisieren Sie Reviews mit Lieferanten und besuchen Sie die Lieferanten-Vororte, wenn erforderlich.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Leistung der Inspektion für niedrig-kritische Teile (Teile, die nicht im Lieferanten-Teilliste enthalten sind) durchgeführt wird.
- Kooperieren Sie mit SPQD, SQ-Serial-Engineern und Eingangs-Inspektoren, um sicherzustellen, dass Kontrollpläne definiert und im ERP-System registriert werden.
- Initiieren Sie außerhalb von besonderen Prozessen oder außerhalb von Labor-Tests, wenn erforderlich.
- Halten Sie und veröffentlichen Sie KPIs und identifizieren Sie Möglichkeiten für Leistungsverbesserungen.
- Verwalten Sie die Kompetenzen des Eingangs-Inspektions-Teams durch eine Fähigkeitsmatrix und planen Sie Schulungen, wenn erforderlich.
- Erledigen Sie Inspektionen innerhalb des zugewiesenen Zielzeitraums und stellen Sie sicher, dass Prioritätsinspektionen pünktlich abgeschlossen werden.
- Verwalten Sie Eingangs-Inspektionen, wenn Sie als SQ-Referent für den gegebenen Standort eingesetzt werden.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Qualitätsmanagement oder Ingenieurwesen oder äquivalent.
- Kenntnisse über Lieferantenqualifikationsstandards (ISO, ASME, IRIS, lokale Standards usw.).
- Fließendes Englisch und Deutsch.
- 1 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Qualitätsmanagement, Produktion.
- Kenntnisse in einem technischen Bereich.
- Erfahrung bei der Verwaltung von Lieferantenbeziehungen ist ein Plus.
- Erfahrung bei der Verwendung von SAP oder ähnlichen Computeranwendungen.
