Wir suchen einen motivierten und kreativen Employment Branding Professional, der sich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Personalmarketing-Kampagnen begeistert. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die Candidate Journey mit uns weiterentwickeln und neue Ideen einbringen.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Personalmarketing-Kampagnen
  • Zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation in diversen Medien
  • Die Entwicklung neuer Ideen und Konzepte, die unsere Employer Brand steigern
  • Die Planung und Durchführung interner Unternehmenskommunikation
  • Die Evaluation von Kampagnen und das Reporting der Ergebnisse
  • Die Planung und Organisation von Company Events
Dein Profil:
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen, wirtschaftspsychologischen oder Marketing-Bereich
  • Kommunikation liegt dir im Blut
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Es macht dir Spaß, Neues auszuprobieren
  • Du kennst dich mit MS Office (Excel und Teams) aus und bist offen, weitere Software kennenzulernen
