Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen eine examinierte Pflegefachkraft für unsere Klienten in Eckernförde und Umgebung. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du:

  • Die allgemeine Grundpflege und Behandlungspflege unserer Klienten durchführen
  • Hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung gemäß dem individuellen Versorgungs- und Betreuungsbedarf unserer Klienten
  • Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeplanung durchführen
  • Anleitung und Beratung von Angehörigen anbieten
  • Palliativ-Care-Versorgung leisten
  • Hausnotruf-Einsätze durchführen
Was wir von Dir erwarten

Wir erwarten von Dir:

  • Ein Abschluss als examinierte/r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester (m/w/d), examinierte/r Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger / Kinderkrankenschwester (m/w/d), Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann oder examinierte/r Altenpfleger / Altenpflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Hohe pflegerische und soziale Kompetenz
  • Die Motivation zur Weiterbildung Palliativ-Pflegefachkraft
