We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/ Cashier to join our team at PENNY. As a Sales Associate/ Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that products are displayed attractively.
• Monitor inventory levels, report any discrepancies to management, and participate in inventory management tasks.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
