Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building our online community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our organization's mission and goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging content that showcases our work and resonates with our target audience.
- Build and maintain our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track our performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement content calendars, social media campaigns, and other initiatives that support our mission.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, community management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to our organization's mission and values.
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
