Your Role: Shaping the Future of Data in Semiconductor Manufacturing
As a Data Management Expert within our Digital Processes and Solutions team, you'll play a pivotal role in capturing, analyzing, and leveraging production data to unlock its full potential. Your expertise will shape how we collect, manage, and utilize data across our semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the overarching data architecture for production processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT systems and diverse departmental requirements.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for data flow, encompassing measurement values from individual parts, acceptance qualification data, and operational insights from customer deployments.
- Champion data quality by monitoring our product data management systems, identifying error sources, and implementing sustainable solutions to enhance data integrity.
- Lead small-scale projects within the Digital Transformation initiative, driving the implementation of IT solutions that expand our data architecture capabilities.
- Collaborate with process developers, providing guidance on automation strategies and leveraging existing infrastructure for optimal data utilization.
Your Profile: A Data Visionary in Semiconductor Manufacturing
- Possess a strong academic background in Computer Science, Natural/Engineering Sciences, or a related field, ideally with a Ph.D.
- Demonstrate practical experience in data capture, processing, and analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, capable of developing robust data architectures and addressing complex interdependencies.
- Thrive in collaborative settings, leading teams effectively and embracing agile methodologies within a dynamic, interdisciplinary organization.
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, persuasive communication, problem-solving acumen, and a proactive approach to your work.
- Possess strong negotiation skills in both German and English.
