Digitalisation Expert

This position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to customer success and project excellence. As a Digitalisation Expert, you will be responsible for managing a defined customer base, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

• Client Ownership & Satisfaction: Collaborate with customers to define platform requirements and provide technical consulting to resolve complex problems.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct national and international meetings, clearly communicating technical concepts and solutions.
• Project Development & Support: Work with Solution Specialists to configure software solutions, estimate project efforts, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Solution Configuration & Delivery: Lead and manage customer projects using project management best practices, driving successful outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively. Additionally, you should have fluency in German and English language skills, previous experience in a solution specialist role in the construction industry, and a strong understanding of web-based technologies.
