We are seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer to join our team at Segula Technologies. As an EMC Engineer for Automotive Components, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans for automotive components, ensuring compliance with ISO 11452 and UN ECE R10 standards.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes, including documentation, annual audits, and accreditations, in accordance with ISO 17025 and EMC-related standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate development-related audits, root cause analysis, and test report preparation.
- Process Improvement: Introduce new EMC and electrical test procedures, and collaborate in the implementation of laboratory-specific measures and tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in RF/EMC technology, electrical engineering, communications engineering, automotive engineering, physics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in automotive EMC testing, with in-depth knowledge of EMC standards, including UN ECE R10, ISO 11451/11452, CISPR 12/16/25, and IEC 61000 series.
- Skills: Project management, laboratory quality control, and knowledge of vehicle type approval regulations.
